Rajiv is recognized professionally for his contribution to different industries like Agriculture inputs, Farm Machinery and Engineering with globally respected organizations at CEO and Board level strategic leadership roles in Bayer, MAHYCO, OTIS ,Mahindra & Mahindra and CARGILL. Rajiv was also the founder Board Member of India’s largest seed industry body- FSII (Federation of Seed Industry of India) He is BTech, MBA and has done advance management programs from XLRI and Cornell University, Rajiv is also a Life member of Indian Society for Training and Development and Founder Regional Director of The Alpha Group International.
