Ms. Bhatia is an author, host, and professional who aims to simplify things for the entrepreneurs and contribute back to the ecosystem. She shares stories of women entrepreneurs and experts through Dhvaani with the aim to inspire others.  She holds an MBA degree in Technology Management, two internationally recognized credentials: Certified Licensing Professional, Registered Technology Transfer Professional, and a registered patent agent with the Indian Patent Office. She has over 16 years of experience managing and commercializing IP. She has transferred 65+ technologies in her career and has been responsible for setting up and running a technology transfer office as the Chief Manager. Pooja was also heading the IP and technology transfer team at Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer, managing a portfolio of 900+ patents.

She assists start-ups, innovators, and entrepreneurs to convert their ideas and innovations to IP, effectively protect and commercialize IPs, and scout for IP. She is a recipient of the Global Women Leader Award 2021, Best Woman Mentor Award -International Inspirational Women Awards 2021, runner-up to Women Power Impact Creator 2021, and WIPF Powerful Women In IP 2021.
