Poonam Nahar is a experienced advocate with expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR’s), Contracts and Compliance. Currently, she serves as the in-charge for the Intellectual Property Facilitation Centre under the Ministry of MSME, India, with AIC-Pinnacle and its group companies. Poonam holds a diploma in Media and Entertainment Law, an advanced qualification in IPR, and has completed arbitration and mediation training with WIPO. She is also a certified fraud examiner (CFE) from ACFE, USA. Passionate about global legal development, Poonam has been invited to apply for the prestigious DANIDA Fellowship Programme on “Insight into the Practical Perspective of Intellectual Property Rights and Commercialization” at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, which is specifically designed for officials from IP Facilitation Centers in India and other countries.
