Holds master’s degree (Master of Science, MS) in mechanical engineering from Northern Illinois University, USA and bachelor of engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from CBIT, Hyderabad.

Professional career includes working for Caterpillar, USA as a senior engineer, Engineering lead in Infosys, Technical Lead in Tata Technologies in different positions.

Currently working with multiple innovation and startups supporting organizations, colleges, supporting grass root innovators, technical innovators, women entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, and student startups.

Organizations on the mentoring panel include T-hub (worlds largest innovation ecosystem), Bala Vikasa Centre for social entrepreneurs, ALEAP (supporting women entrepreneurs), NCAM (National Centre for Additive Manufacturing), multiple incubation centres, educational institutions, spread across India. Have been mentoring in the areas of hardware/physical products in different sectors and domains.

Also a mentor of change selected by Niti Aayog, Government of India.
