As the founder of IP-FY, Harsh provides comprehensive IP consultation services across Indian, US, and European jurisdictions. He also heads the IPR cell for MSME and Startups Forum – Bharat, where he drives IP awareness and supports growth initiatives.
Harsh’s passion for mentoring extends beyond his official roles. He has guided startups from the prestigious Stanford Seed Program, helping them develop IP strategies and scale globally. His mentorship reaches startups associated with various accelerators, incubation centers, and academic institutions.
Prior to his current endeavors, Harsh held key positions at SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd., managing open-source software awareness sessions and ensuring legal compliance. His diverse experience includes roles as a Patent Analyst, Founder of Lawman IP Consulting, Design Engineer, and Senior Engineer at various companies. He has also served as a Teaching and Research Assistant, showcasing his dedication to the intersection of science, technology, and law.
