Dr. Neeraj Kumar Sethiya had joined Faculty of Pharmacy, DIT University on 2nd July 2019 in a capacity of Senior Assistant Professor and on August 2022 he has been promoted as Associate Professor. He had also worked as Head Department, to establish Centre for Innovation, Incubation, Entrepreneurship and Startup at DIT University. Prior to this, he has worked in the position of Senior Innovation Fellow, at National Innovation Foundation-India (An Autonomous Body of DST- Govt of India). Besides teaching pharmacognosy and natural product chemistry, he has also hands-on domain and expertise on innovation, incubation, entrepreneurship development, patents, and national biodiversity authority approval. Additionally, he is part of many National Activity including Festival of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Rashtrapati Bhavan, INSPIRE AWARD Manak and Dr. APG Kalam Ignite Award. He is an expert speaker for many conferences, workshop and webinar. Additionally, he is recognized Mentor for Atal Innovation Mission, IIT Mumbai, IIT Kharagpur, IIM Bodhgaya, Member Advisory Board Yuva Incubates, Startup India, Startup Uttarakhand, OP Jindal University, B. Incubate and Innovation Ambassador for Innovation Council, Ministry of Education, Govt of India. Till Date, he has duly provided mentorship for more than 50 startups across the nation. Recently, Dr. Sethiya has been enlisted as world top 2% Scientist List from last two consecutive year.
